Belt Conveyors

Belt conveyor is one of the most preferred product transport systems thanks to its sim-ple, quiet and low-cost structure as well as its wide usage area. The band model to be se-lected in accordance with the characteristics of the product to be transported also differs (PVC, Rubber, Silicone, Teflon, PU, etc.). Generally speaking, moving a heavier load re-quires a thicker and stronger conveyor belt material. It can be operated at different speed levels according to the work volume. It can be designed in different geometric shapes ac-cording to the facility structure. It can be produced as stainless steel, ST37 or aluminum chassis depending on the purpose of use. The primary purpose of the conveyor belt is to transport materials horizontally. It is extremely ideal compared to chain belts with very high wear. We produce tapes according to the needs of our customers. The capacity of these bands varies between 40-1200 t/h. To increase durability, our tapes feature galva-nized frames, bolts and pin bolts.
