Bucket Elevators

Our elevators are produced in accordance with the needs of the user, with a carrying ca-pacity of 20 to 500 t/h. The bucket sizes used, band and drum diameter are selected ac-cording to the capacity and height of the elevator. The buckets used are made of hardened plastic and comply with food safety standards. The drum in the lower head of the eleva-tor is double-sided and has a belt tensioning system. The drum shaft in the upper head is coupled to the reducer and is driven by the motor with the help of a belt. Bucket elevators provide economical transportation of grain vertically. The elevator system has been de-signed for grain and has been manufactured considering the heaviest working conditions. In all elevator systems, the column, drive unit head and tensioning unit are produced from Magnelis ZM310 sheet metal. Pipe length is adjusted according to the building height. The drive of the elevator is made by the geared motor in the upper head. In order to make the spindle center adjustments, the motor stand has a slide and can be adjusted easily. Belt tension is also provided by the tensioning mechanism connected to the bearings.
