Grain Cleaner

The system performs the separation of dust in the grain and coarse objects large enough to not pass through the sieves. 

Working Principle:

The product enters the air duct for dust suction, then pours into the rotating cylindrical drum with replaceable sieves. The first sieve removes fine impurities (soil, broken grain), while the grain in good condition; By passing through other sieves with larger holes, the cleaning process is realized. The type of sieve to be used differs according to the grain to be cleaned.

The cleaning system consists of rollers with adjustable inclination. In this way, capacity adjustment can be made according to the type of product. In the last stage; The powder is divided into four outputs: small grain from product, large grain from product and final product.

Purpose of usage:

It ensures the safety of the equipment in the system by separating unwanted materials such as straw, straw, wood pieces, corn cobs, garbage, as well as cleaning the rough product to provide suitable conditions for storage.
