Distributors

 Multi-way distributors are used for grain distribution and are located under the upper head of the elevator.  Seals out dust due to its insulated construction.  A material (UHMW 1000) is used where the grain contacts the distributor to prevent wear caused by friction.  All valve connection points are bolted.  It is produced according to the desired number of outputs according to the application, from one input to two outputs.  The number of outlets determines the size of the dispenser.  The valve is taken into account when determining the height of the lift.  All exits are made from adjacent chambers.  Thanks to the chambers, the dispenser makes it possible to reach the desired position without errors.  Thanks to the use of a low-speed geared motor and position sensors, they ensure that the selected position is reached without error.  The loads on the internal product transport are two-sided.  There are several intervals for cleaning and mainte-nance.  Our double valves can be motorized or pneumatic.
